Don't know what its like overseas but these new mutant strains are causing a lot of problems here in Australia. Can understand the apprehension of cruise lines.

Just one week until the cruise and not a single band announcement.Andy is going to have a hard time beating this next year. We are now well under the 3-months-from-sailing, the time at which Royal Caribbean apparently notifies upcoming sailings/charters of cancellations. We are also now past any of last year's 'records' for lateness. To recap last year: 107 day...

101 days to go. Normally a time of much excite! Now, its more like - 11 days to go. 11 days to go until we hit the "three months from sailing" date, when Royal Caribbean will contact UMC to say "soz your charter be cancelled big surprise! NOT"

So Royal Caribbean has been cancelling and pushing back sailings 3 months in advance. So by this (unofficial and approximate time table) Andy wont announce anything until October/November and it will be that 'Royal' cancelled the sailing. Hopefully we will get a new date (Feb 2022 would work for me...
