well not really... i mean more like in extremo, saltatio mortis, subway to sally (been 2019). i thought one of them was on every year so far...

An anniversary cruise without real headliner worthy bands....at least for me. even the 2014 cruise with just 40 bands had more bands i like. i would consider myself having a very open range when it comes to music, and the last years there always was something during the last 30 bands that i really w...

Well... a triple of Iced Earth, Blind Guardian and Demons & Wizards would have saved this cruise... but now all hope is gone. need a time machine for the younger me wanting to book because its gonna be an anniversary and a lot of well known bands.... :bitch: don't get me wrong i like to discover new...

The "W" being W.A.S.P. would have been nice :)

they are running out of money - well they did already 20 bands ago :(....

for the three bands i wish Vuur, Voyager and Oceans of Slumber.
although they deserve a single announcement each!...

Problem for us aussies is that the money-making tours down under are predominantly death and thrash. We are getting Cattle Decap and Revocation, and Sacred Reich and Vio-lence already next month. These type of bands tour Australia all the time. If I knew that was all 70k was gonna book this time ar...

Oh and now: why not Machine Head with burn my eyes?!!!! that would be amazing ...but also just dreaming....

Well if there are just US-Bands left then the point of "diversity" in genres still bothers me...
You can have Iced Earth, Oceans of Slumber, Symphony X + Adrenaline Mob, Queensryche....and many more...

Symphony X and Blind Guardian are both headliners, dudes. It's out of the question for both at this point. Edit: Iced Earth too Yes they might be headliners, but i don't see 3 on this cruise so why not ;-) Also Kamelot was a headliner and got 60 minutes on a later cruise. So it is room for at least...

As 30 Bands were announced i was still confident for the promised surprises... The last cruises there was always something i like in the end and it worked out. This time i really doubt it - 2 out of 19 is underwhelming. I listen to a lot different genres but maybe i focused on too well known bands ;-)

R could have been Running Wild or Rotting Christ
V could have been Vuur or Voyager
T could have been Testament (which i really saw coming)

B won't be Blind Guardian or Behemoth ... unfortunately...

I really hope there are some more 60 minutes bands. but i doubt it. everybody knows that now its usually the lesser known bands that are coming. But: there should be surprises right? so why not surprise us with "bigger" bands with the last announcements ;) so far im only surprised by an unknown fren...
