Being at the front the entire show I was able to get: 3 picks (each guitarist and bassist), drumstick, the setlist and after the show I got a poster signed by all the members. So MUCH fun. However I can feel the bruises forming as we speak, my knee and my hip both already have massive bruises and they haven't had a chance to really kick in yet even

Next concert: DEATH ANGEL in Ventura for Team Rylo

The guys said they wanted to hang out for that show too

im off for a six hour road trip to see amon amarth in lawerence kansas on saturday. they are to play two sets. the first is the sutur rising album in its entirety. the second will be everything else. an evening with amon amarth, looking forward to the weekend

I went too two gig's his week.

1. Skeletonwitch and 3 inches of blood at Headliners in Toledo. Skeletonwitch was awesome tuesday night. The leader singer who's name is Chance was spot on all night and has a great stage presence. 3 Inches of Blood was uninspired through the part of their set that I stayed for. They were clearly unhappy with the 30 people that stayed to see them after Skeletonwitch got done.

2. Last night I saw RUSH at the Huntington Center in Toledo. They were amazing! They played close to a 3 hour 15 minute set last night that included the entire moving pictures album. The only bummer was that they didn't play "The Trees" but aside from that and the asshole that sat next to me before I snuck onto the floor. Great great show and another band off the bucket list.

I would be driving to Vancouver to see them but that show is like a day before Canadian yoyo nationals so I have to pass this one up too. They are definitely at the top of my bucket list and have been for years.
