Great to hear you enjoyed it - looking forward to tomorrow's show here - and I agree about Lisa Gerrard in particular! She is such a talented, beautiful, and elegant lady. I was reading up on her over the weekend and found out she and I are just a few weeks apart in age. I'm quite envious of her long and illustrious career!

Just out of curiosity, what in the hell do you do for a living?![]()
You go to more shows in one season than I do in the span of 5 years

Conrad wrote:Yeah, not as many as other places, but we do get our fair share. I am SO stoked for Sunn!!!! I knew they were touring Aus in October with Pelican, but they hadn't announced any NZ dates. But the promoter in NZ responsible for most of the bands coming here (RW Entertainment) said they were "in talks" and it was finally announced yesterday. SO HAPPY!![]()

I'm also planning to go to Wacken and Summer Breeze next year, since they're both only about 2 weeks apart.

Also Dead Can Dance said they will be coming here, they are currently on their world tour, i'm also just waiting for those dates to be announced too. Can't wait to see them!

Thats cool. Will you be one of the other people we see at every show in orlando?
crowd, the sound was great, killer light show which coincided with the huge Navy Pier fireworks show off in the distance....there was just a really cool vibe all round. MMJ did some great long jams and there was a lot of the psychedelic throughout which I love. Psychedelic rock is one of the genres they are placed in, as well as roots rock, country rock, southern rock, & indie rock. I would definitely see this band again.
