Chris Bowes of Alestorm is one of the most lively showmen I've ever had the opportunity to see. Even when only playing in front of 20 people on a Tuesday, he knew how to get the entire crowd going... and that was almost six years ago! The band has come a long way since then, and are legitimately one of the best live bands on the planet. (I may be biased)

Hansi Kursch of Blind Guardian. He's just phenomenal.

Devin Townsend is one of the funniest musicians to see live, and he totally steals the show every time I see him on stage. I wish that the upcoming US tour had different bands on it, as my location severely limits what shows I can go to.

Chance Garnette of Skeletonwitch has an energetic stage presence that is hard to ignore or deny.

Joey Eppard of 3 blows my mind. The way he plays, the way he sings, the antics he pulls on stage... Beastly.

There are a ton of great vocalists who put on outstanding live shows, but these 5 stand out in my mind as some of the finest I've seen.

Watching the DVD RituAlive from Shaman, and seeing as many shows i've seen when he was in the band and with his solo career, i can only say: Andre Matos.

But he let the age reach him and can't handle a crowd like he used to...

So my vote must go to, Mikael Stanne, Edu Falaschi and Joakim Brodén

many great ones already listed. the ones i saw that stick in my mind (not already mentioned):

mike muir - ST in the 90's, most energetic performance i have ever seen
    cristina scabbia leaves me mesmerized
    ozzy
    mandy lion
    roger daltrey
    rob zombie
