I'm listening to some listener-suggested songs about death, rebuilding and celebrating life, in preparation for our weekly radio show this coming Friday. It will be one of the toughest broadcasts we've ever done.
There was a terrible van accident here involving two regional metal bands, Khaotica and Wormreich, this past Monday. They were sharing the van and heading to play a show in Atlanta after playing Ground Zero in Greenville/Spartanburg SC. Three killed outright, 8 injured including 3 critically. It's made national news and is quite a shock to the Atlanta metal scene; one of the critically injured is a local legend, "Skully," who has been in quite a few bands including Hallow's Eve.
