Oops! Somehow missed Ottawa's first goal when I looked at the box score. He didn't get the natural hat trick.

So far I'm good for another hatty! Now all the Pens have to do is restrict Karlsson so he doesn't get an assisst and it's going to be #5 for me :D

Dammit Karlsson! Couldn't get an assist on any of the 3 Ottawa goals? :bitch:

He was the reason we made it to the WCF last year. This year he wasn't so good, though. I suspect he was injured most of the season. Sadly, he will probably leave us come July, just like everyone else except for Doan does  .

See Bryzgalov. He was great with us. Asked for too much money, went to Philly. Now he sucks. Hopefully Smitty paid attention to that

I know. Poor Bryz. I think Philly has gotten to him. Had he stayed here with our wonderful goalie coach and stood defensive system he'd probably still have great numbers. And the media wouldn't pick on him nearly as much. It's gotta be hard to keep your head in the game when you're being hounded all the time.

Possibly. Nice to see the US pick up a medal at least. Coyote David Moss had a nice tournament.

I didn't see a lot this year - so I can't really comment on anything

now I wonder who'll get picked in the next NHL draft ;)

Ok, Canada has to stop letting the Swiss in our Junior leagues and letting them have Canadian coaches etc. Congrats to Sweden---hey the Sedins actually showed up to play! :D

The hockey was pretty average and not great crowds... and of course, most of the US and Canadian talent wasn';t there.

Big win today! Scoring 5 on Lundqvist is always nice. Rangers were lost defensively. Torey Krug has been fantastic filling in for the injured guys. Let him keep playing!

Congrats. I actually watched the second period and I was pulling for Boston.
I always has appreciation for the Bruins and a lot of that was due to this guy.

I didn't think they would make it easy for Chicago. Even though Chicago is a better team, Detroit is built for playoffs. Too much experience on that team for them to go out without a fight. I do think Chicago will come back and win the next game though. This round has been really good for me so far  I'm glad I got cell service at my campsite over the weekend and had just enough juice to make all my picks.

Bruins ruined my hat trick (again) but I'm not gonna complain. :D I love the way the Merlot Line (Campbell, Thornton and Paille) is playing.

Hopefully they can finish the sweep on Thursday. No need to extend this series, please.

Wonder if this will hold for Game 5. http://www.csnne.com/blog/bruins-talk/bruins-fourth-line-ordered-not-fight

Makes sense since the 4th line has been really, really good in the series so no use in losing one of the guys for 5.

    Bring on the Penguins! :deathhorns:

The Rangers series would have been even quicker and more blowout-y if Stupid Sexy Lundqvist wasn't there.

Pittsburgh is going to be very difficult to beat. Hopefully the Bs can do it.
