Didn't get to see your #2 perform in the stretch drive but can't help but imagine that Smitty would've stolen a game or three for ya

Points: Kopitar 70, Toews 68, Bergeron 62
+/-: Bergeron 38, Kopitar 34, Toews 26
Penalty minutes: Kopitar 24, Toews 34, Bergeron 43
Goals against per game: Kings 2.05, Bruins 2.08, Blackhawks 2.58
Of all three Kopitar played the most shorthanded minutes, he was also second among forwards on time spent on ice (second only to Crosby). Two things that are not going for Kopitar are the fact that he's not a Canadian and that he's playing in the (less exposed) Western Conference.
I won't be mad or cry if Anže doesn't get the trophy since Bergeron is a top notch player. I'd be very surprised if NHL gives trophy to Toews.

Also, 5 of the past 6 winners have come from the Western Conference. Datsyuk won 3 of those and he isn't Canadian.![]()
Really, Bergeron or Kopitar would be excellent choices for the award but I'm rooting for Bergy.

I stopped reading after the title. You can't get anywhere calling people disrespectful names (unless they deserve it - like two girls and no cup).

Good luck to Slovenia! I'd approach you on the ship if I had any idea what you look like

I had a black t-shirt!!! At one time Mean Machine and you were pointed out to me but I didn't want to intrude during your meal and this other I think you had Wizardbeast with you and she just looked like *RAWRITEARYOUR HEADIFYOUCOMENEAR*![]()
As for Kopitar, he sometimes does look like he has half a zombie make up on for a really bad horror movie

It's OK, Wild have been my underdog for a while now, I was always happy when they clinched playoff. I have a soft spot for Minnesota ever since Nesterović joined Timberwolves in 1999 (and Wild since their debut in 2000). Altough as of late, I'm not that big of a fan of Timberwolves. Rubio is really a dick :)
athun wrote:no surprise their "stars" Thornton, marleau, and the rest disappeared. B's fans (Mooyagi) can attest to Thornton's prowess in that regard. pavelski was one of the few on the sharks with any desire.

I had season tickets from 1995-2004 for the Timberwolves. I got to watch all of Rasho's years there. I wanted them to resign him, but he went to San Antonio. I think he didn't like Garnett. I don't blame him, it was common knowledge that Garnett was a jerk.
