No kidding. If not for the almost eerie numbers attached to the 2 goals they were in on one could have trouble fighting off conspiracy theorists around it actually being staged. Kind of too surreal to believe. Happy for them and their bigger fans for how it all panned out and really gave our city/team fans something cool to get excited about after yet another disappointing season in the standings. Highlight for me was the Canucks' 3rd goal by Lyswyc (sp?) as that was a gutsy and creative n' exciting spin-o-rama move and he's looking like a great and cheap young pickup to add to our core young group moving forward. Really hope to see a home playoff game a year from now haha
By the time it got to OT even I was rooting for one of the twins to pot the winner. There really were some strange numbers popping up in that game report.

That crowd reminded me of the Vancouver crowd during the 2011 playoffs. It was electric.
In regards to playoffs in the very near future, Coyotes fans are starting to feel the same way about their team. The squad and coach have clicked really well in the second half of the season. There is a lot of talented youth in the system and a high draft pick may add even more. Plus, they've extended the contract of Antti Raanta, who looks like a bonafide #1 starter. He leads the league in GAA and Sv% since the calendar turned to 2018. For now, we get to experience playoff hockey down in the AHL as Tucson currently leads the Western Conference. Should be good practice for the boys who will graduate to the big club next year.
FYI: It's Leipsic and yeah, that goal was incredible.
