Unless you're in some kind of bet against others that's based on a goal with a deadline (like I was recently hehe), don't worry about getting there 'soon'. Just make a plan and stick to it. One of the many things I've learned over my (now 3rd time) 'successes' in this area is that it's about a lasting, lifestyle change and not about putting in a few months to lose some weight and then just coast. Coasting only goes in one direction - downhill Keep up the great work and just do it in a way that you'll enjoy and be able to implement into your regular daily or weekly routine and the results are sure to follow!
I don't plan on coasting I want to keep at it :)
