I had a driving licence and a car once, but then I moved to Denmark and I haven't driven since, my licence has also expired. I hate cars and I hate driving

So I walk

Working at home, I don't need to take the public transport that often, but fortunately it works quite fine here :)

I take public transit (train) every day to work and other times I know it's going to be a pain or very $ to park where I'm going. Our main family car since 1997 is a 1996 black Chevy Impala SS which we plan to keep "forever."

We had a second car that died on us and decided not to get another second car - just don't need 2 since I use public trans for my work.

If I remember, I'll post a picture of the front bumper of my car...which is currently sitting in the backseat in pieces. I also have this massive scrape down the side of my car that looks somewhat like ocean waves. Sometimes when my car is extra dirty, I like to draw flames in the dirt so everyone thinks I have super cool detailing. Also, it has the lovely odor of vomit from when I got heat exhaustion 2 years ago and couldn't hold down a grilled cheese sandwich.

It's a pretty pimp ride, if I do say so myself.

Nothing spectacular but gets the job done. Worked well for driving through the narrow streets of Greater Boston and can be halfway decent in snow sometimes. Now I don't have either of those problems to deal with although I'd take the narrow, snowy streets of New England over LA traffic any day.
