Afaik, I've only missed when people have wished themselves a happy b'day before it was posted or if someone else got to it before me, usually on days when I wasn't at work or the computer around midnight lol.

I wouldn't say calling or my baby by any means but, someone wished Allison a happy b'day months n' months ago and when I realized b'days were being posted on the main page, I just figured it was easier to put all the b'day wishes in one thread instead of having several pop up each week.
