Saw UTA last night and Miss Hayes shook her butt for everyone and said, "That's for Joey!"
Then she said, "Oh my, what's happening to my shirt?"![]()

Yeah, that's an understatement.
As far as I know Unleash the Archers is getting a lot of (much deserved) attention in Canada but haven't quite broken onto the American and European scenes yet. I'm sure they will. The have two albums out, music up on their MySpace profile, and people have uploaded stuff onto YouTube. Check 'em out, and of course if you like it make sure you let it be known!

I took a short break from my God Dethroned worship to check out a couple tracks... I dug it. Not just another lacuna coil/the Gathering clone, but still sounds feminine on the vocals. And the band are good and manage to be catchy without sacrificing their playing

That's the main (musical) attraction for me to this band. Her voice just crushes. Total power and tone. Anything she does on albums comes across just as strong or better live. I often find myself doingat some of the vocal shit she pulls off and looking around and seeing the same expression on the faces of others in attendance. The 2nd guitarist has brought a cool energy to the band too as he seems to wanna fuck with the crowd and his bandmates during several songs and get everyone riled up. Good times.

I'm sure the moment any US touring for UtA is announced, one of us Canucks will post the info here so you guys can check 'em out.
Here's a goofy video they released for the new album. Shows their laid back/not taking themselves too seriously side if nothing else

And here's an okay live vid. Don't be misled when you hear growl vocals and can't see the guitarist on the left. She does pretty much clean vocals only and leaves the growling and harsh screams up to Brayden

*knows he hasn't been that active on the broads the last 3 to 4 months*
