I just like how it is less greasy and less fatty than regular bacon - but the truth of the matter is, no matter what form it is in, Bacon rocks! \m/

Last week I made myself a meatloaf, used 2lbs of lean beef. Then I added about 1.5lbs of cooked bacon to the mixture (as well as some cheese and mushrooms - the latter sauteed in bacon grease!). It turned out pretty amazing. The only flaw? I didn't put bacon on TOP of the loaf itself. Next time...
