Speaking of bacon and popcorn, sometime in 2010 I visited a place here called Revolution Brewing Co., who serves bacon fat popcorn - popcorn topped with bacon, sage, and parmesan. Was quite tasty!

It's not fully sweet, like chocolate, but kind of a spicy sweet. It's called Chamoy :). I love it contrasting with salty spicy.

Today was bacon day. For the brunch buffet I had many bacons with maple syrup on top. Dinner was bacon wrapped meatloaf stuffed with cheese. Defuckinglicious.
