awww cute! especially the dog :D

I'm a total dog person, but in my current living conditions it would be fair to the dog, since I don't have a yard and am gone most of the day, so I figured a cat, who is more independent and can use a litter box is a good option. So here's Vincent, my rescue cat.

Here is a new addition to our family as of yesterday - an 8 week old whoodle puppy (wheaten terrier/poodle mix)....the little guy is just so cute I almost can't stand it!
More pictures to follow if I can get a picture of him with our 2 cats (who are being amazingly sweet around him!) No name yet although my daughter (holding him below) likes Oliver (Ollie for short) and I like Honey Bear.

Very cute pup Laura! I'm sure he will have a happy life with you and your family. Oh what I would give to be a domestic critter... sit around all day and sleep, wait for the humans to come home to feed you and give you toys, and then go poop outside. Sounds ideal to me! :P

He does kind of look like an Ewok.

We're currently at a rather low ebb of pets, down to 4 snakes (2 boas, 2 corns) and a box turtle. I was breeding fancy mice for a while, satin-coated longhairs. We've also had, within recent memory, 2 green iguanas and one collared iguana, all rescued, a ball python (ditto) and a Halmahera (Solomon Islands) boa that I had to forcefeed because I couldn't get frogs and lizards (ditto), rats, a hedgehog, and a charming old hamster named Skrunklemuffin whose owner moved back east. He lived to 5 1/2, ancient in hamster terms. Also lots of fish - at peak, after a nasty rescue, I had 4 freshwater tanks ranging from 20-55 gallons, plus a 180 gallon stocktank 'pond', plus 2 smaller betta tanks. That was on top of the 55 gallon reef tank I already had. Needless to say they were a handful to take care of, but I enjoyed them all very much, especially the larger iggy, who was very smart and affectionate.

This is what happens to me when I can't have kitties :D

If we ever manage to buy a home, it's going to be quite the zoo.

My favorite boy in the world. Our 12 year old German Shepherd-Mutt mix (which I call a Mexican Shephard, hah). He's pretty arthritic but is still as big of a smart ass as ever :D. And he sings :D.
