NFL 2013/2014 season

Might as well get a thread going for this year and I'll start it off by saying where did this Payton Manning come from. I'm normally not a broncos fan but I'm at the point where I need to see each game to see what this guy is pulling off on a weekly basis

Aw shit! I forgot to set up the pick em group this season. Oh well. Place is a dead zone so I don't think we'd get too many people joining anyway.

I thought Manning was done after all of his neck surgeries but the guy just keeps on going. Gotta see how he plays in weather though as the season moves on. Wouldn't be a shock to see a Denver/Seattle Super Bowl. Surprised at how poorly the 49ers and Giants are playing. Miami looks really good but they tend to fade once they have to start making trips to cold weather sites.

Patriots are 3-0 but have looked downright terrible at times. Thankfully they've had a creampuff schedule so far. Now they get tested with games against Atlanta, Cincinnati and New Orleans. Yikes.

Well I thought Tavon Austin would be NFC Rookie of the Year. That's not panning out so well.
I picked Dallas to win the NFC East. Philly is looking like they may be competition, but I didn't think the Giants would be 0-3 and they are in shambles.
I'm already tired of hearing about Manning Schmanning. If you want to crown him, then crown him.
Baltimore is looking good, if they can avoid champagne bottles.

It's still early but Denver really looks unstoppable. Peyton may push for Brady's TD record. Happy with the Pats win last night. They almost blew it but that was the first test for the defense against a real offense and they did well. Encouraging signs on offense too. Losing Vince Wilfork for the season is a huge loss though.
