We have an extremely popular and almost famous ice cream place here in Vancouver (2 locations) called La Casa Gelato. They have hundreds of wild and different flavours all the time (last count 518 flavours). I almost never go there cuz it's just kind of a trendy place that's always super busy and I try not to eat ice cream too much but I'm off to play some cards tonight and will go right by there so maybe it's time to look for a cool new flavour

Something I usually have in my regular bar, Satan Red or Satan Gold. Generally I prefer shots of hard stuff but from time to time like to taste some special beers and ciders (dry, not the sweet stuff).

As kind of a taste-test thing, I got together with my voices, alone in my house. I had to make sure I had no distractions for this experiment. I tried the AMAZING Black Metal Imperial Stout. Easily the best beer I've had in a couple of years, which really isn't saying that much, since I've just started experimenting again. However, at $12 for 500mL, the price is a bit steep. However, it is also 10.9%. I had a nice buzz after chugging it. (Just kidding. I taste my beers.) It's twice as thick as a Young's Double Chocolate Stout or Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout. And more tasty. (I actually drank both (all?) of those as the night progressed.) :party:

Kudos Lars Umlaut (jk) on a very fine beer, from Jester King, in Austin, Texas. This was a SHOCK to me. I have a picture of the bottle, which is why I bought it, but I can't post it at the moment.
