i use fresh baby spinach so it's as mild as possible. i think it adds a nice fresh 'green' touch. i'm used to it though. if i only do one handful, nick still likes it. two handfuls of spinach, and i'm on my own.

it's also good with a spoon of peanut butter or almond butter in there.

key is to have a good blender and really smash those leaves up to where you can't at all notice them.

I keep a bag of frozen spinach leaves in the freezer for my smoothies. They blend up WAY better that way. Just take all the air out of the bag to avoid moisture/freezerburn issues.

I almost cried I was so happy at my unofficial score. It'll be 3 weeks or so before I find out how I did on the essay portions, but I'm pretty sure I killed them.

To celebrate, I'm eating my unofficial score in calories...from a pint of Ben&Jerrys. I have to eat a lot of ice cream :mrgreen:
