I almost cried I was so happy at my unofficial score. It'll be 3 weeks or so before I find out how I did on the essay portions, but I'm pretty sure I killed them.

To celebrate, I'm eating my unofficial score in calories...from a pint of Ben&Jerrys. I have to eat a lot of ice cream
Success is delicious!

just saw American Reunion and really liked it... they did a great job of bringing the story full circle and ended it nicely (I sure hope they'll let this be the end so it can end of a high note!)... it even makes up for the stinko spin-offs

Good to hear! Always liked those movies (the main ones, not the spinoffs) but I had my doubts about this one. Looks like I'll have to check it out.

Man I'm having a great week. Sold my tablet pc ($100), sold my violin ($50), sold my ipod ($100), and picked up a part-time housekeeping gig ($50 a week). I'll have gas money for my move saved up in no time

It looked like we were not going to see any Moonsorrow gigs for a very long time, as they are not playing at any of the festivals we are going to, but then today we decided to add one more festival to our schedule, so we are going to Fosch fest in Italy where Moonsorrow will be headlining and playing at least 1½ hour! *very happy now*

The festival is free (hopefully it doesn't mean that there will be too many assholes) and in their program they have a break for dinner  Italians love their food, so I hope we'll get better food than at all the others festivals ;)

Arkona too? Damn! Now I really wanna go

You should ;) Btw yesterday we were doing a bit of research about festivals and we found one where you can hire your own toilet and I don't know why, but I immediately thought about you

Way to go Nico Rosberg!

None of you have any idea who he is, but I don't care.

I know who he is. :beerwink:

And because he is the son of the former F1 champion Keke Rosberg, we consider Nico a Finn too - at least when he wins. He actually has dual citizenship (German and Finnish), so it's not that big of a stretch.

Glad he got his first win. Too bad Kimi's (and Lotus') decision to only do two pit stops failed. Exciting race nonetheless.

Got an email about a job I applied for! They asked about work permit status and I told them, then she sent me this:
"I have passed along your resume to the manager who handles all foreign workers for our company. I cannot be sure if he will contact you as we don't currently have any American citizens working with us and I'm not sure if we intend to. I wish you all the best and hope that you can get a job here that allows you to be with the people who matter."

Even if I don't hear back from them, that's the nicest response I've received from anyone
