Rejoice - just found a great deal on craigslist to pick up tons of weights for $60...2 straight bars, 1 curl bar, 2 bumbell bars plus 200 lbs of weight plates of various sizes. New, that would be like $500 worth of stuff!

So happy! i'll be able to get quite beastly with my new weights. i have been buying some but all dumbells, no barbells...kickass. i already have a bench, so i'm just about set.

The race (that would be the imaginary one in my mind where good triumphs over evil and is somehow connected to the amount of content in these two diametrically opposed threads) is BACK ON BABY!!!

I'm seeing my buddy's band Dead Asylum tonight. This is worth of rejoice because they almost had to call off the whole tour cus after their first show in Kamloops their RV broke down. One of their relatives came to the rescue and rented them a Van so they are doing the tour-superlite. I had to find a guitar cab and a bass cab for them to use tonight. But the tour is still on, so that's what's important!

Nice work. Good save!!! I hope the tour goes well. I'm not into the style of metal Tyler's band plays but they're great at what they do and have generated a lot of attention here in Vancouver. I hope the tour goes well and the RV issues are the last of the problems.
