Just read that Cancun just had a 100 year record low temp of 54 F this week. Cozumel might not be as tropically balmy as we are all hoping come January...

someone get Al Gore on the phone and ask him where the fuck our Global Warming is?

Just for the record, as some may not be aware, the whole global warming thing doesn't mean that it gets hotter everywhere. Not saying I'm a total theorist or environmentalist or anything but the term just seems to get misused in this way a lot which can tend to confuse the issue. It's way more complicated/involved than a simple matter of more hot weather.

It's kind of ridiculous out here. It was a cool summer, people at work are complaining global warming is fake. One day set an LA alltime record (113 degrees F) and people started complaining about global warming again. It's really frustrating. Too many people are too shortsighted on the issue. That being said, it is perfect fodder for jokes when it is an unusually cold or hot day.

Yes, Dr. Shoreslayer! the effects of the climactic average of the entire planet climbing a few degrees Celsius will cause typical weather patterns to shift which will cause some areas to be drier, some to get wetter, some to get warmer, and even some to get colder. The melting glacial ice will also cause many things to shift - and if the gulf stream ever shifts, so help our Northern European friends!

Yes, it's all because much of the public does not understand the difference between WEATHER (what is happening outside right now) and CLIMATE (weather trends averaged out over years)

Hmm, did my shot at that hypocritical horses-ass of a blowhard, former Vice President of the United States of America Albert Arnold Gore Jr, just start a Global Warming discussion? For the record, my beef is not with those who "legitimately" study climate change, it is with climate change fear-mongers and profiteers like that wooden jackwad. Wow that could have qualified as a random bitch.

Hehe, some topics are just too toxic to add to any forums anywhere. The global warming debate, along with just about any political or religious debate can make a thread go south fast which is why I usually stay out of those, though I can't help myself sometimes. ;) I did have to take a dig at the people who change their mind on the subject depending on how warm or cold it is that day.

Beach Burro is lolling about on the beach in Cozumel, an island he cannot leave, entertaining children with his zany antics and brushing up on his metal covers. that's that. i'll hear of no more unsavory escapades.

I like that one! It means I can still have my beach beer! Perhaps in a bottle? :beerwink:

    Hé guys & girls,

I've been at Cozumel a few years ago, and I can tell ya; it's amazing !

The scuba diving is only for wanckers 'cause you can only dive 1 mtr deep, so why dive ??!!

For the old and ancient Ninja culture it is the best place to be, and of course the beach with his marvelous bars and restaurants.
I should'not stay at the boat this day.
Oooooooooh I'am realy excited about the trip, I have been through some bad periodes so let this be a new start !

    See ya ...
