Absolutely! I am thinking metal moshing, not skinhead knuckles and steel-tip boots bullshit. I mean, if three year olds can have a good friendly mosh in the aisles, can't we (skip to 1:05 minutes):

I can't be 100% sure, but I think at 1:45 I saw Ecliptica come out of nowhere and sucker a cute 3 year old right in the jaw. She must have spilled some sippycup juice on his new Underarmor... Anyway, no one reacted because he made it look like a complete accident! That'll teach that little moshing [EDIT - watch you language please]! :death:

I'd say it's a pretty fair certainty that we won't be dealing with that kind of bullshit on the S.S. Metal, otherwise some of us might have to straighten out said offender :viking:

You'r on a cruise moshing can wait. If it gets to crazy there might not be a next one if you know what i mean. Don't get me wrong i don't have nothing against moshing but just like everywhere some places don't mind and some do. Go with the flow and have fun.

Well, I guess I'm an exception, since I'm a girl thet pretty much enjoys moshing. If you have a "polite" pit, it's rare that people get hurt.
The problems in mosh pits are people that go in punching, elbowing, kicking and stuff like that randomly. Also qhen people out of the pit get involved. And I know that for my own experience: there was this one concert at this one bar, I had gone with a satin corset and ended up getting the greatest beer shower in my life. I bet the drunken guy that did it was aiming at my boobs

Nah i'm grand.Been on 2 metal cruises in Sweden. One was in 06 when i was living there.Funnily enough i decided to drink 24 beers the day i was getting off the boat.Woke up in some random apparentment in Stockholm with some random people i never met before and missed my flight back to Ireland because all my belongings were in my appartment 3 hours away from there.
And the second time was in February this year. The day after the cruise i was given out to a norewgian girl who i prmosied to meet up later.Told her i couldn't find her. Then she reminded me that she was staying in the cabin next to me and had been partying there for the night

There is incriminating footage of me on a dvd some friends made called Beer on Earth. It's only avaiable to people from the offical Manowar forum though. It's just a dvd entirely about Manowar fans hanging around geting drunk and our travels to their gigs
Unfortunatly my friend decided to bring his video camera to the party in Munich in December for the mead drinking party.I think there is other drunken interviews he did with me but i've been too afraid to even watch the thing haha.

    whats up with pitting?

by Metal Heart » Thu Aug 19, 2010 3:20 pm

I like many of us like a good old fashioned pit. Does anyone know if the boat security will be dicks on this subject? they're clearing out the seats in the indoor venue right? I hate venues with too much security concerning themselves with things that are ways of a metal world.

My biggest fear for this entire cruise is being forced into a pit. In all honesty, I'm not a fan of moshing at all. The last time I was pushed into a pit, I ended up knocking out the kid who pushed my friend and I in with a well-timed punch to his chin; totally made it look like an accident, muahaha. I'm sure I'm making enemies already, but I really don't want to be pushed around when I'm trying to enjoy a band I like (and especially when I'm with my girlfriend). As long as there is some seating, I'm totally cool with a pit in front/behind/next-to me. . .I just don't want to be a part of it

We both played college football and we're pretty strong guys, so I doubt many people will be pushing us around, but that pool deck scenario worries me a little bit if there's no actual seating.

In the future don't brag about how big are then say you sucker punched a kid in a pit.

Kickers........ Get you asses back on the bench! Tulane do you go to the one in New Orleans or the one in the Mall. If you biggest fear is to be pushed into a pit. They had that other cruise going on Triton Fest all power metal. i think it had Bingo and all that. In the future don't brag about how big are then say you sucker punched a kid in a pit.

I know you're addressing me, but none of this post made any sense of all. I don't go to Tulane and there was nothing about bragging how big people were. Where did you get any of this information?

I think it depends really on who your going to go see. If DRI plays i'm going to go nuts and jump off everything in sight. - However i cant say the same for Saxon
