I couldn't find any thread dedicated to this topic....so share your stories here. My scariest moment was when 2 big people ....guys I think ....toppled on me the first night at the Chorus Line. I crashed to the ground looked up....shook my head and laughed it off.

I am a bit bruised up, but don't remember getting ontop of this lady on the first night.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't you Gnoff ..but I did have the wind knocked out of me.. was in shock for like five minutes. I was so happy nothing was broken.

Got cut just above the knuckle on my index finger when a mosh pit broke out next to me as I was taking pictures during Behemoth's first set, but I have no idea what I cut my finger on! My fiancee got kicked pretty hard in the shin during that show too, I think. Later we decided to sit down and some dude from a mosh pit landed in her lap.

No major injuries for me. Good thing too. If I had been caught in a mosh by my friends, family, or coworkers, I'd be in deep doo-doo.

All the bruising I got was from the pre-party especially MuniWaste.
Too many bodies were flying off that stage, got hit a few times

It's why I always check weather.com before I step outside. "Cloudy with a 70% chance for mosh pits" usually keeps me indoors. I'm fragile.

I am notorious for random, metal related injuries a.k.a battle wounds.
On 70K 2011 I would wake up every morning with more inexplicable bruises (though likely moshpit related)

DISCLAIMER: My injuries are likely caused by my own drunken bad decisions and will not necessarily happen to other cruisers.

p.s. I am aware that I have likely hit/kicked several forum members while crowd surfing, I am sorry. I cannot, in good faith, promise to never do this again, HOWEVER, I will promise to never wear anything steel or spikey while doing so.

That's what I call them too

BARGE DAMAGE: Had/have a number of bruises and scrapes around my body, funniest bruises include a couple on my waist that looked like someone just squeezed me really damn hard. My head is still pretty damn tender in places, I'm more than certain that I had hit it on something (perhaps multiple times) on the Wednesday night (same night I was sleep walking on the ship) but no idea what. Municipal Waste pre-party my ankle was stomped on leaving it swollen as hell and fairly bruised but was still fine walking wise - stupid girly twig ankles of mine.

All in all, a hell of a lot better than I was expecting
