Atrocity - 1 Didnt mind the set at all. Live songs were much better than random ones I youtubed before the cruise.
Carcass- 1 Went inside the Chorus Line for a few songs then came out to sit outside for the rest.
Dark Tranquillity - 2. Best way to describe the pool deck set, Fuck yea.
Death Angel - 2. Fun as always. Tend to not pay much attention to them as much since ive seen them a ton lately.
Death to All - .5 I stayed for a few songs in the Chorus Line. It was good but didnt come close to comparing to the Orlando show I saw in 2012.
Finntroll - 2. They really impressed me this cruise. It seems like the times ive seen them before this year they were boring live. Really tight now.
Gloryhammer - 1. Caught the pretty shitty sounding Spectrum set but stil fun. Highlight was almost right after the set Steph and I helped the bassist up three flights of stairs to the Viking Crown lounge because he couldnt really walk on his own. Right when we got to the top we sent him back down to the 12th floor to piss lmao
Haggard - 1. Viking Crown had music playing during their set so the only thing we could really hear was some of the female operatic vocals.
Hatesphere - .5 Stayed for a few songs then wandered about
Leaves' Eyes - 1. Pool deck set was pretty good. Farewell Proud Men was missing the growls so that sucked for me since it was one of the few songs I really cared to hear.
Nekrogoblikon - 2. Just amazingly fun. Came in during the 2nd song of the first set but I loved them. They need to tour florida so I can actually see shit.
November's Doom - 2. Ive been waiting a very very long time to see them. Both sets were awesome, but lacked any really old material.
Orphaned Land - 1. Kind of muffled from the Viking Crown lounge but not too bad. Never been a huge fan so only gave a slight ear to the set.
Overkill - 1. Killed the first Chorus line set. Looking forward to seeing them being the odd one out at progpower
Septicflesh - 1. What the hell Andy, Septic Flesh AND November's Doom at the same time? You suck lmao
Soilwork - 2. One of the better performances ive ever seen from them. Just love watching their bassist spaz out on stage.
Swallow the Sun - 2. Pool Deck at 11:30 was too sunny for them but I enjoyed it. Spectrum set was bad ass though.
Symphony X - 2. Stole both days they performed and all because of Allen. Ive never seen him that into a set before and seeing him singing from the floor surrounded by fans is not something I expected at all from that kind of music. It was hilarious to see Mikael from DT totally singing along to half of the second set in the Chorus Line.
Xandria - 45 seconds walking by. Vocalist sounded a lot better than I heard in the past from their other singers. Still probably wouldnt check out a full set but maybe a song or two next time.

25 and change. Ended up skipping about 6-7 sets but nothing I regret. Timing was either bad or got caught up talking to people and didnt care about the band enough to leave and check them out.

Missed a couple of sets I intended to see. Wasn't planning on seeing Leaves' Eyes at all (their albums are bad), but accidentally saw them on the pool deck and liked it a lot. Might've been due to the 17 strawberry daiquiris I had had that day already. Tried to watch the second set too, but fell asleep during the first song and Andrew woke me up during the last song.

1. Symphony X (2nd set.. Paradise lost material AND the Odyssey?! I jizzed myself to death)
2. Orphaned Land (2nd set; pool deck. While not as moving as their first set, they were tight and had a great, captivating setlist)
3. Cynic (2nd set; chorus line. Some of the tightest musicianship onbroad. Nice spread of material including an amazing rendition of their new title track)

1.5 - Bonfire - Enjoyed the melodic Germans more than I should have. Thought it was funny that the German singer was wearing the Confederate flag-like vest.
2 - Carcass - First set was one of the top sets for the cruise. Changed up the second set & added the slight Amon Amarth riffage at the end. That alone held up Mooyagi's restroom break.
1 - Cripper - Missed first show due to conflicting schedule. Wish I would have been able to catch it after seeing the second show.
1 - Cynic - Missed first show due to conflicting schedule. Great performance for second show.
1 - Dark Tranquillity - Planned to see second set, but was talking to Ryan & Kate instead.
2 - Death Angel - Loved both sets. Sounded great. Spectrum show was super packed.
2 - Death To All - Loved both sets. Sounded great. Bummed that the second show had a song cut.
1 - D.R.I - Missed second set to conflicting show. First set was the fun chaos that is D.R.I.
2 - Fear Factory - Pool Deck show was excellent. Second was the same, but add in smaller crowd (3:30am) & being very tired. Didn't have the energy as the first.
1.5 - Finntroll - Better than they were on the fall North American tour. Enjoyed the shows.

2 - Overkill - I like that they mixed the songs up a little on this cruise. Really like this band.
2 - Poltergeist - Didn't plan to see them, but ended up being awake early Tuesday. Glad I was.

2 - Satyricon - Really enjoyed their sets. Would have loved to have heard "Fuel For Hatred" but time ran out.

1 - Soilwork - Enjoy the new album. Have seen them a few times this past year, so skipped the second set to eat.

2 - The Haunted - Pool Deck set was highlight of the cruise. Spectrum set was awesome also. So happy Marco is back.

If you need elaboration:

Halfway through Raven's first set in the Spectrum Lounge, some people started to show up with pillows. They were the same ones that are in the cabins. They eventually started a pillow fight out on the dance floor. Instead of a mosh pit, there was a pillow fight pit. There appeared to maybe be around 10-12 people involved. This went on sporadically for the last 10-15 minutes of Raven's set. I think a pillow or two were thrown onto the stage. After the show was over was over, security came out and took some of the pillows away from people.
I had heard that a couple of people were sitting in Boleros before Raven's set. They contacted the front desk asking to have a pillow delivered to them in the bar. The pillows were delivered & they didn't care if they had them taken away.
