I'd put it another way. Andy could be focusing his strategy in a "future thinking way". If the last names are indeed big names, the message he's sending to his potential customers for future cruises is: we're gonna get big names till the very end so don't hesitate to book even if you don't like the lineup yet. It is, in a way, a strategy to keep people booking in advance and not waiting till the bands they like are announced. And it's also a way to tell everyone that the last weeks are not reserved for fillers, and we can expect big news anytime.
