Now, that is the deck plans for a regular cruise so of course there could be some differences for our "beer rooms", band rooms, crew etc. But regardless that site has a hover tooltip on each cabin that tells you the category. Sadly I couldn't find a count anywhere.

They came back about 15 minutes into booking ,my guess is since they were only 12 of them people locked them up for 15 minutes but not everyone went though.They were there for about a hour afterwards then sold out.

What category did you order ?I suspected that J3 Quad ($1133)was incorrect,it doesn’t make sense that it was cheaper than a 1B Quad($1166).The room is 100 square feet bigger with a much better set up.

Regardless of the mistake...I am going by the price that was listed when I clicked submit on my booking form, the price that is still listed on the site and the price that was confirmed to me in my confirmation email yesterday.

If it was a mistake then I should have been notified with an explanation...instead I received an invoice with the wrong prices.

I spoke to 70K and they are looking in to this so I am waiting to hear back or receive a corrected invoice.

70k I still waiting on the Kamelot cancellation explanation from 2014 cruise ,If it was just you it wouldn’t be a big deal but the minimum lost for this mistake is $38,080 and they either have to honor everyone or no one.The line up will suffer if they honor the mistake,and all you have is a booking request.

Assume no more the price is now $1,333 for a J3 Quad
I can see them giving you say a $200 credit per person if you spend a minimum of $500 .But that would be asking a lot,in reality I see them doing nothing as usually they do.

We booked the same category but haven't gotten our invoice yet. I suspect they're shitting bricks, trying to figure out how to fix that mistake. J3 is fully sold out with 56 cabins. If they were counting on making $800 more than they publicized per cabin, that's 50 grand or so that they'd be out. On the other hand, if they try to make us pay the higher amount, they get over two hundred really pissed off cruisers. It's a lose-lose situation for 70k. Eagerly waiting to see what they decide to do.

I'm not sure if this situation meets the legal definition of false advertising, but it definitely looks like it, and false advertising is serious enough that they can't ignore it, however they decide to manage it.

Right now I imagine they are trying to figure things out ,also some people could have already slipped though and paid because it would have looked like everything was okay.This is a lot of money,the price change on the website to me indicates they suspect some people will leave the category if they cancel their requests.And once again it is only a booking request.I imagine that about $50,000 would result in some noticeable change on the cruise however,you would need to add $16 to everybody’s surcharge.

Ah kay. And yeah it would depend on their terms and conditions, and what the legal situation is there. Retailers often have this problem, with incorrect pricing. See it all the time on a site here in Australia called Ozbargain ("Hey guyz! Jump on this deal they haz the pricez wrongs!"). Some retailers end up honouring the incorrect price due to the potential loss of reputation if they dont.

But, most have something like this where they can cancel an order if:

"Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted."
