I get where you are coming from. However, I recently saw them live twice and have to disagree. They not only didn’t feel out of place as a Metaldays headliner, they were the best of the 5 headliners that week. There are a lot of iced earth and blind guardian fans out there, and the legacy of this project is strong with them. Also, they just recently had their albums added to Spotify and haven’t released new material in 14 years. Their fans have already listened to those albums countless times before they were added.
