I'm jealous... back in May I was planning to start p90x, but knew I needed to get myself a bit more fit before diving in... one day I was feeling really good after a workout, but was bored, so I decided to go back to lifting... and apparently I shouldn't have, woke up after about 2 hours of sleep, in incredible pain... ended up bedridden for 6 weeks and have spent the entire sumer trying to get back to where I was, but due to lingering knee issues I don't think p90x is in my future (though I hope I'm wrong about this, because I really wanna try it!)

Start of with the P90 Basic if something less intense is more suited to your current condition.
My running has sucked of late as I acquired some weird injure before Calgary, only managed a 2.5k run there and have only run one 3k run since which aggravated the injury. I've now been pain free almost 48 whole hours so am off to do a 5k and if I feel okay after one lap, I'll do another.
