I ran a 50k trail 3 person relay yesterday. It was 20F and snowing, plus we had to run through massive water puddles (some were knee deep) and lots of mud. The water was extremely cold, I thought I was going to get frostbite on my toes. It was the hardest and worst race I've ever ran. NEVER AGAIN! I don't mind running in snow but running through water in the winter is not fun.

If I would'nt have been in a relay and had 2 other people depending on me I probably would have.

sometimes it's good to have such a reason to keep on going
as long as you didn't get frostbite or some other "damage", it's a nice, personal accomplishment

That's crazy man! And agreed, WTG for not giving up. Many others (like me) would have regardless of any reason not to! Gonna have to at least get filed away as a cool memory of something you've done that few others have.

see title. that's me. i'm coming to the cruise WITHOUT having crash dieted this year. i need a wide berth! 25 lbs more than last year, new and improved....not. well, this is the weight i almost always am....just was extra thin for me last year.

oh well you will all still love me anyway and if not i have a large round ass you can kiss. :D :D :D :D
