Fuck that game. I still haven't finished it. I refuse to play it during the day because it takes away from the atmosphere and I refuse to play it in the dark because I am, in fact, a big pussy.
LOL!
That's a great description of how spooky that game is!
Been playing Fallout 3 on the 360 finally and getting pretty sick of game freezes and loosing progress cause of them. =-(
If you didnt save after rests, I would be ssooooooo pissed.
I'm a big puss too, but it's just fucking awesome... This one time, after clearing the sewers I actually cornered myself in my room and began chatting with a friend for like two hours until I calmed down!!
Btw, I never had that problem with Fallout 3, but then again, I played it in my PC, which is an I5, so yeah

I let a buddy borrow it, and listening to him talk about it makes me want to fire it up again. I do love that weapon though. I always gave it to my companions because I was sick of them using up all my ammo.
New Vegas ain't as good as Fallout 3. I mean the storyline is just as good, but they didn't develop it that much. Not that they had the time to do it anyways, I think it's because NV was released pretty soon after Fallout 3.
The bad thing about New Vegas were the sidequests though, not that many, not that good, but I haven't played any New Vegas DLC, while I first played Fallout 3 with all the expansions and such.
Btw, just finished with Rage... I can't believe they wasted all the potential that game had!!! It could have been much longer, and have a much more elaborate main quest, along with more varied or interesting sidequests. I mean the racing part was really easy, and got dull after a while, same with exploring the wasteland. And while the combat system was pretty awesome, but it was also incredibly easy (I played it in nightmare, so yah), it was always the same drill, blast the mutants (and the Jackal retards... those were a hoot) with the shotgun, shoot the rest with a machinegun, take cover if you're being shot and are afraid of dying.
This game also had lots of potential for some RPG aspects, like being able to make choices, but noooooooo the guys at Bethesda made it pretty much linear, with sidequests (such as missing persons one, or covering as a sniper) only good for making money or getting some kind of useless crap, and which didn't affect the main storyline at all (Racing for your Cuprino/other car thingy not being quite the exception).
Okay, I realize I'm bitching too much about just another stupid game, so PLEASE, someone give me a lengthy, challenging game (preferrably shooter/Rpg), with a nice storyline and a shitload of sidequests (Note: I'm not a big fan of swords and magic, at least not anymore)
