I'm gonna refrain from the turtle eggs, as those wee baby turtles have a hard enough time making it to the ocean from all the other predators. However, a big ol' other-other-other-other white meat mutant ninja turtle steak could hit the spot!

This would be my opinion regarding eating turtles in any form, except they have a turtle farm there, so they aren't really damaging the overall population like they do in other parts of central america. apparently there is a turtle egg black market in El Salvador. To each their own though, not trying to change your mind

many of the restaurants i'm finding ONLY sell turtle on fridays and saturdays...which sucks. i hope we can find some.
