No, Alaska Airlines offered a refund so I could find a flight on a different airline. Delta had a nonstop Anchorage to Minneapolis flight, so I took it. Then from there I go to Atlanta, then Ft Lauderdale. Really shitty schedule, but its better then having my Seattle flight canceled too late and leaving me SOL.

On a completely non-metal cruise topic, my dealership won the Canadian Volvo Dealer of the Year.. second year in a row. based on Sales, Customer Satisfaction,Parts-Accessory Sales, training..etc. This is my third, as I won Dealer Honours with Jaguar back in 2004.

now that all the bands are announced and the trip is almost here and my excitement is really high, I was thinking about how much awesome has been on these forums! It's been great gettin' to know a bunch of you jackasses! It was my hope when jumping onbroad this thing that by cruise time I'd have some awesome buddies to meet, and I feel that has been accomplished to a VERY high degree! Thanks everybody for all the laughs!

One of my favorite memories: Being, possibly, the only nonspambot to have their first thread locked up within minutes of posting hahaha It was terrible and hilarious and got me off to a great start around here!

Now to get silly with you all in people in a couple days!!!

Got home from work, finished packing, put a final touch to Madame LePink's hair. Now drinking a beer, listening to Moonsorrow. Tomorrow - Early flight, and then hooking up with his Memnochness for a breakfast of champions at Heathrow, and then off to Miami.

The trip was so awesome! it started with red eye flight Thursday night to Boston, seeing Ghost, then flying out and doings cheers plus biers night with forumites, then rock n roll ribs and the pre party, then the awesomeness of 70K part deux and then epic sushi and post party. Aaaaaah so much amazingness! just looking through the pics makes me so happy!

haha, I was having SO much fun, and while I'm 100% certain the stress and workloads were insane, man I bet Andy et al feel a HUGE sense of accomplishment when all is said and done! I'm really happy they all took a moment to get in on my pics!

I wish more of you forumites I missed had come out of the woodworks, and 1 or 2 of you I met I actually can't find pics of and am wondering how that could be (in particular Warphine whom I was so certain got a pic of and whom I saw a LOT!)

The frowning thing was actually something I started doing on my vacation to Barbados, but doesn't even compare to the scale of just how much of it I got onbroad! I really look forward to it happening again... SOON!
