I need to at least double that myself to cover homeowners insurance and pay for the next cruise. Oh and that dang Maryland trip.
KDibildeaux wrote:AlaskaRachel wrote:$1352 tax refund!
Nice! I got a sweet Federal refund but owe the State $240. That's the first time I haven't gotten a refund from them

I knew this when I bought it, and neglected it and let the battery empty one day. Thing died, never recharged, screen stayed black for months. Tried everything...except one thing:
Today my coworker recommended that I break it open and remove the battery, and buy a new battery online. I figured I would wreck it doing this, but I couldn't lose. The mp3 player was broken either way![]()
Well, I did wreck it. It's held together by tape right now. BUT (and here's the awesome part) after I removed the battery (had to cut some wires to do so) and plugged in the mp3 player, the software recognized that it was plugged in AND THE SCREEN LIT UP FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE LAST JULY. Rewired all the shit I cut, taped the stupid thing back together, plugged it into my computer, and I'm transferring music back on it![]()

My rejoice? I'm getting a running start on trying to have my cabin mates ready to go and arranged. Already have two confirmed, one to go
