we do have a dish called "korvstroganoff" which is made by "Falukorv" and some sauce parts.
I can eat it, if it's spiced right I like it, it's fairly cheap.

It's not one of my signature dishes though, I don't make it is perfect as some of my other food

we don't have to have it...i saw my buddy on Reg Ordinary Swedish Mealtime make it! of course it's a huge mess. but he looks cute with the korv on his head!

Beef stroganoff was one of my favorite childhood meals - mom made it a lot - that, meatloaf, beef brisket, fried salami (!),
spaghetti & meatballs, pork tenderloin, pot roast, smoked sausage, Swedish meatballs, bratwurst (tons) and so on....served with mashed or fried potatoes and some random vegetable.

Hmmm....making myself very hungry!

I'm just annoyed that my parents let him get away with this crap. Yea, it doesn't make a difference school-wise whether he goes or not, we just don't want him to think he can slack off. We've brought up different types of schooling but he shoots down all of our ideas. I think he would do really great at an alternative school, where the classes are smaller and the curriculum is more hands-on experience rather than textbook based. He did summer school once and did really well at it, so we're hoping he'll get his crap together and graduate in the summer. Oh man. I know exactly how you feel Rachel, my useless tit brother (now 20 years old) still only has his grade 10 education and absolutely refuses to go back to school. He was working two nights a week for a couple hours busing tables at a club and one night a week he had an acting class. He was fired/kicked out of both this weekend for not showing up regularly and being high (weed) when he did go in. My parents have just accepted the fact that he will be living with them until he's 35 but in my opinion, they could do something about it. He needs a HUGE kick to the ass just like it sounds like your brother does (loved the "buy some f***ing coffee" line whenever I say things like that though my parents jump all over me for it). Good luck Rachel, hope your parents kick him with a nice dose of reality and he gets his head on straight!
