I've been listening to Insomnium all day. Haven't listened to them since One For Sorrow came out. Did that once through now I'm on Across The Dark.

Yeah, Tim Roth said he couldn't find any male singer that could hit Stu's high notes so they hired a female. Someone on the forum mentioned that last week I think. As far as I know, she's only being used as a touring vocalist but Stu is still the singer for the band. I see that probably changing though as I think Into Eternity will need someone with a more open schedule and Iced Earth will take up a lot of Stu's time. Neither band is a side project and they need to be out on the road for most of the year.

True, but Stu said that he would never quit Into Eternity and I don't think Into Eternity is going to tour anymore. They all have family and stuff now so it actually works out for both of them schedule wise.

Ah. If they don't focus on touring then I can definitely see them sticking with Stu. Maybe some shortened tours and festival appearances can happen. Especially once the Demons and Wizards stuff gets going I figure would be a good time to get Into Eternity on the road for a little bit if they can swing it.

For some odd reason, woke up thinking of this album and had to listen to it right away! I only have this one, but did see them open for Opeth some years back. Great band! last night i danced til i was a sweaty wreck at the karaoke bar with this pretty cute guy, we were sorta swing dancing and stuff to Footloose, Love Shack, and another song, quite a big cardio endeavor, and i am not much of a dancer but i guess when the beers are in me, i can cut a mean rug, it was fun! came home all drunk and wanting to dance more often. not sure i feel the same way today, but again....enough beer and i am sure i'll change my mind!
