No. Well, actually yes as we're driving through Austria on our way Metalcamp. I'm planning on taking a ferry to Tallinn on Friday night and drive to Lithuania during nighttime, on to Poland and Czech Republic on Saturday and through Austria on the next night (there'll be plenty of time to sleep too). Should arrive in Tolmin early on Sunday. 2200 km from Tallinn to Tolmin. :beerwink:

And then pretty much the same route back home, leaving on Saturday morning and hope to be back in Finland on Monday morning.

Hmm, that might not be a bad idea after all, the pit stop in Vienna I mean. It's only a 450 km drive to Tolmin from Vienna, so totally doable in a day.
My Volvo's consumption is around 7 liters per 100 km, and if the prices are around 1,50 euros a liter, the drive from Vienna to Tolmin and back is about 100 euros plus road tolls (maybe 20 euros total?), so the round-trip is around 30 euros per person if there's four of us. :beerwink:

The reason we're driving down to Slovenia is not only the price but also that we get to drive around and see a bit more. And, I get to buy lots of Żubrówka from Poland to bring home. :beerwink:

We will be leaving sunday morning with the bus and arrive in the late afternoon and I guess you can drive faster than a bus

Yeah, I calculated that the drive Helsinki-Tolmin-Helsinki costs about 600 euros total, ferry costs included.

Just looked and if we're planning on staying in Vienna for the night we'd have to take an earlier ferry which costs more (but not too much, I'd think). We'll see. Soon. :lol:

Yes, even if Austria has, was it 130 km/h, speed limits on motorways, we'd still be considerably faster. And after Villach on the small mountain roads I'm a lot faster, ask the guys who were with us last year (when we were driving the huge RV :lol:

I'm not gonna list them all for you, but these are the festivals I'm going to in June:

I think it was on the morning we were docked at Caymans. Because the lines off the boat were so long, we (me, Riikka, Laura and Fredrik) went to the buffet for a late breakfast. And of course we ordered some beers to go with the bacon.

I had a banana and ate it while drinking beer. So it was decided that beer and bananas is the breakfast of the champions. Apeshit was related to the thing somehow, I think Fredrik said (or meant to say) something about me going apeshit for beer and bananas.
Doesn't sound that funny written, but believe me, we laughed our asses off. :lol:
