Saw GWAR on Friday night with Municipal Waste and Ghoul. Apparently the stuff they're using this time around doesn't wash out of clothes as easily as the stuff they had last time. Even my underwear is stained pink. :oops:

Next on the plate is a show with a bunch of local bands on Saturday, then Onslaught and M-Pire of Evil on Sunday.

Sorry, not gonna make it to Cleveland for that one. Paganfest hits Detroit the day afterwards, but I'm thinking about skipping Paganfest entirely (Ex Deo was the only band on the bill that I really cared to see) and seeing Speedwolf play that night.

I agree that that does happen an awful lot. I actually like all the bands from the show I worked last night. Not the same with the one I am working tonight. At least I am getting paid. :)

Gee-wiz'! Tons of tours announced lately for the summer including several "retro" 70s & 80s groups...

The one I found out about today thrills the hell out of me....
In late August....Dead Can Dance at none other than the spectacular Chicago venue - Pritzker Pavillion at Millenium Park!
Woah - will be an interesting summer mix for me with (among many other gigs, free fests, Lolla, and such) - Ted Nugent, Slipknot, and Dead Can Dance.
