Disincarnate and Sublime Dementia were 2 of my favorite death metal albums back in the day. One of those bands that never seemed to get any mention (maybe cause they were from France and the 2nd album was on Noise Records).

But yeah, very nice addition for me :mrgreen:

yeah I know when to look and know there will be a payoff, they should announce dates/times for every future announcement. That helps build excitement.

Yes, I'd love to be able to compare the two lineups. I know a few people, forumites and non-forumites that are worried that the BtH theme will have an effect on the style of the 70K lineup so I'd like to see both cruises marketed side by side. I can see the business reasons for not doing it though.

A lot of the draw is wanting to be with all you folks as well as lack of 70K information. I've always held I would probably sit out BtH and go to 70K but if I get enough on Barge I'd consider going to that too. So far, most of the lineup gets a huge yawn from me but at this point the bands I consider to be good are all of the wet and giggly variety.

With the direction of the announcements, most would get a meh from me but could be good live, and it'd be very top heavy for me, but I can see possibly over 10 two set must see bands and that'd be enough for me.

I never thought I was a fan of "extreme" metal, but this lineup looks just as good as last year's 70K. Loving the Rotting Christ announcement.

Not going to be able to go in December (just got a job offer at my dream job that I'm likely going to take, but no vacation time the rest of this year), but definitely will look forward to the videos and whatnot :headbanger:

Well, at least there's Rotting Christ, though I've seen them a couple of times over the years. Possessed was quite good at Jalometalli a few years ago, though Sadistic Intent was better - but yeah, Possessed is a good one. What else? SFU is a joke, seen Moonspell at least ten times, PL is kinda meh and then there's thrash.

Will have to think this through.
