yeah, if I manage to sell it fairly fast and not loose too much money from sales and having double rent/fee/loans and stuff for too long, I can settle down in my new rental and get on with my life with a LOT less travel time for work every day, and the freedom of living in a rental once more

well, it's still a housing community, and apparently the standards for it state you may only sublet for a limited time and when you plan on returning, e.g. when working abroad or going to school.

To be too lazy to sell right now don't seem to apply

we have had THE warmest March ever. since i've been home from sweden, we've had temps in the 60s, 70,s and 80s (15-24 C) for highs EVERY day. this is way hot for Denver for march.

i'm nervous that this summer could be brutal if things continue to trend as such! me no likey the heat.

I think that happened to most of the US. Quite a crazy winter. Wasn't last summer really brutal for a lot of the country too? It wasn't for where I was in Cali though.

40s and 50s would be great. We were in the 70s most of the time I've been here. Got up into the 80s the past couple weeks and into the low 90s on Saturday but it seems like it'll cool back down again.
