This is what I meant. But yes, MDB is possible in that case.

When Moonspell and Sanctuary are booked that really opens the possibility for lots of bands.

I assume that UMC doesn't want to fill up half the lineup with retreads, but due to MY DYING BRIDE's lack of playing US shows and a plethora of even heavier and faster songs in their back catalog (that would put most of these booked bands to shame), it makes total sense to me.

We shall see how much Andy loves me I guess

I enjoyed almost the whole set but wanted to get one good pic with my big lens but then they ended the set early

Hence why I didn't even bother to bring my camera or take any pictures. Wanted to be fun and fancy free for a change. Band photos don't do anything for me, they are a dime a dozen. And I knew everyone else would just FB tag me with the rest of the photos I was in. So it was nice and liberating to not even have to think "oh I have to get a picture of that".

I'm not 100% sure that was it but yeah they said they were also gonna come through here in August and I haven't heard anything yet.

They were in negotiations for Barge, weren't sure if they were going to do it. Two of them had fun, one was trapped in their cabin sea sick most of the time. I really don't know if they will do it again and if so how soon

Bonus: Maurizio told me they were definitely doing a Canadian tour this summer. That they would be coming to Calgary (which they haven't done in years) and Edmonton. I was too happy to ask but apparently he told a friend when he was interviewed that they would be playing with Origin.

Second Bonus: I'll see them soon at Metalcamp as well

Oh and to continue the MDB talk, I would love for them to get booked again. Wasn't really that into them before the cruise but after being pretty much blown away by their pool deck performance (truly was one of the best sets that I saw on this ship) I've gotten much more into them. Count me in the "pro-MDB" camp :)
