does baconfestivalen have to be thursday night? i will have been flying for two days and wondering if i'll survive. headliners on saturday seem to suck, wonder if that's an option at all?

I understand your problem, but I don't think it's a good idea to have baconifestivali during the festival. Having it saturday night would mean leaving the festival area around 5 pm to do the shopping, get to Tapanila and prepare everything. And I believe people would already be quite drunk at that time :lol:

We want to see Sabaton and I am pretty sure they will play quite late, so for us saturday is out of the question, but you can have it without us if there are more people interested in having it that day instead of thursday :beerwink:

A gnoffish problem:
When I drink that many days in a row I crash and burn, seriously considering staying sober (or drinking very very little) Thursday so I can get home from Helsinki in a slightly better shape than I did last year when I was doubting I would get home alive
Also need to get up farily early Friday to head out and pay for my room that apparently is done cash and in person on Friday.

True, we can do the shopping earlier, but we'd still have to go get the supplies in one of our apartments and then take the train to Tapanila and that would take about the same time as shopping just before going there

But we could maybe leave everything at Riikka's place. But let's wait until we get the running order

Has everyone bought their tickets already? There's a group special deal, six tickets for 600 euros (the normal three-day tickets cost 119 euros each). We have at least four of us buying tickets, so there might be a couple of persons still needed. I'm not sure yet how many we still need as my friend Linda (cabin mate from 70k 2011) is handling this. I'll call her tonight.

Well, the new addictions don't do anything for me and in general it's not a great a lineup (I mean it's in Finland and they only have one of my 25000 favourite finnish bands :lol:

). If it wasn't in Helsinki I wouldn't go, but it is in Helsinki so it's gonna be fun :cheers:
