Listening to it now. About halfway through and I've only liked Track 3 so far. Should've stayed retired.

So glad I finally started to listen to this band (mainly because they're playing a small club here on Sunday and I thought they'd be something new and interesting to hear and see). And indeed they are! Love the atmospheric ambient quality in many of their songs (like the one above).

Some of their writings, symbolism, and inspiration strikes me as quite similar to Gaahl's project called Wardruna which is another recent favorite discovery of mine.

Arch Enemy - Khaos Legions

Someone in the YT comments described this song as "otherworldly". I'd have to agree.

That's one cool thing that the cruise did for me was get me more into doom metal. I listened to Black Sabbath and stuff before but not so much great bands like Candlemass.
