The village where Kopitar is from counts 2000 people and about 200 watched the game live on big screen outside. Around half of them didn't see OT since it was already 6am and most of them had to go to work. More people are expected for Saturday's match. Doubt there will be any for LA games since those will start at 5am local time
It is funny though how a single man can bring life long rivals together. We have two rival hockey teams here and fans from capital city announced they are visiting on Saturday to watch the game live together with their hockey arch nemesis from a town that's like half a mile away from Kopitar's village. A crowd of around 1000 at least is expected.
