That might be a record drought for you, right there.
I really like what I've heard from Eneferens, thanks to this forum.Next show: Vale/Eneferens/Void Rot tonight
June has been very slow for shows I am interested in. It was similar to the expected lull in December/January. Then this past Saturday there was 3 shows on the same night.
I know Eneferens is touring in July. I think it is only Midwest/Northeast though. I got spoiled when he was living locally. Saw them quite a few times.
I wanna go.
That was very enjoyable ... for a cover band. Brought back a lot of college memories
Wait, you were at Maiden's Atlanta show? Wow....
Yes, I was at the Iron Maiden show in Atlanta. My travel that day was a clusterf*ck. 3 hour flight delay. I didn't land in Atlanta until the show had already started. I arrived at the venue 10-15 minutes before Iron Maiden started. I walked right down to the pit area & just hung out there for the few minutes until "Doctor Doctor" started to play.
As one of my friends said: "More like Summer's Laughter" ... I also plan on attending anyways
*Angry fist* So jealous, would love to see Khemmis.Sgt. B wrote: Last show: Khemmis/Cloak on Saturday
I won't tell you how good they were then.
PROGPOWAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! So excited for this one. We must meet there..... Sgt. B are you coming?
I will be attending Friday & Saturday. Didn't care much for the Wednesday/Thursday lineup. I also thought the ticket price for those 2 days was way too high.
I simply cannot travel to Atlanta just for two days. Gotta do the whole enchilada (Insomnium, Galneryus and MaYaN are interesting enough)
We should schedule a 70K-at-ProgPower USA meet-up for Day 3 or Day 4. There is a fair amount of overlap, especially nowadays; heck, my 3rd stateroom person on 70K in February gave me his firm commitment AT ProgPower.
Wow. Maybe they just weren't prepared for a headliner-length slot, since they're normally one of the opening bands on their current tour?
