Ugh. Marlo's got the stories. Seriously, Rachel just go to Calgary. Douchebags aplenty. Every time Marlo goes out I end up getting text messages about a bunch of random guys looking to hook up. Fucking idiots. Pisses me off I can't get up there to fight them off

Sooo funny tonight, transit was down and absolutely chaotic - train platforms were packed. Ridiculously hot and humid out. Decided to go kill some time for them to figure shit out with the trains and went to an indian bar/restaurant to grab a beer and a small bite to eat that had barely any people in it. While sitting at a table reading my book I had this woman come sit next to me, Indian woman whose name was "Candy" that was absolutely hammered. She starts asking me if I could tell that she sounds weird from being drunk, which she never does, and then continued to ask me about what I thought of her son at the other table who was single and did this and that. Quite comical really, nice people - poor guy and his friend were soooooo embarrassed by his mom

So this evening included being hit on by a bartender and an old woman trying to chase tail for her son

And man, that's nothing just a normal day -wait until I tell you the stories I accrue with a few of my other friends (ex. last cabin mate  ).

Hint, hint: musical taste :heavydrink:

Kevin has a point. Wear more band shirts (mystery is a good thing). Get less drunk so you can make the men you talk to feel more comfortable talking to you.

Hard to relate on one point for me as I've only ever pursued a man thinking there might be a relationship at the end of the tunnel, harmless flirting - who doesn't, but anything forward in that sense its because I saw the potential of something there. If you want to just get laid/rebound then well darlin, come to Calgary. I can wing man WAAAAAYYY better for women than men (have some funny stories to go along with that) and I have metal head guy friends a plenty. If interested enough I could even pm pictures of ones that could work that A) Do not have herpes or any of that not-so-fun stuff and B) aren't virgins both very solid points to aim for in said rebound. Many of them are quite good looking too, I actually already have three in mind for you ;)

Offer is yours if you want it dudette!

You, missy, are my new best friend. I might love you.

I forgot that I did turn down one guy, so I guess I did something right one time. It just turned out that he was way too creepy
So...I'm at: 2 failed rebound attempts, 1 creeper turned down.
Yea I've been drinking way too much this month. Its the "best friends all born in July" curse. Hopefully I'm done with parties for the summer. I don't think there are any more birthdays coming up.

The second I book my university tour flights, I'll let you know to send those pm pictures :P

My local pub---I go once or twice a week.. everyone knows me. I always get at least a free pint or 2 when I go.

The servers are awesome(no.. not beacuse they are big dumb blondes with big tits pretending etc...) they are awesome because they are nice, friendly, smart and remember what I drink --Sleemans Honey Brown on tap. It's great becasue even the new girls know me.. I tip a bit too much, but I get free beers!

Too bad they are all 15 years younger than me.. and unfortunetly, it's not a cougar bar!! :P

Cool! Sounds like a couple bars in my town. Here, the bartenders like getting drunk with the clients. Once you hit Hollywood though, it's all dumb blondes with big tits

Return to OZ is on tv. I remember watching it when I was a little kid and thinking it was really creepy. Hah, I'd never realized Fairuza Balk was in this.

 That movie is soooooo different from The Wizard of Oz. Definitely ups the creep factor. Haven't read that particular book but I definitely remember The Wonderful Wizard of Oz book being a lot creepier than the movie so I guess it makes sense if staying truer to the source material.

Didn't read either book, but yeah, this one's definitely waaaaaaaay creepier than the wizard of oz, haha. Also, it's funny how Dorothy looks so much younger in the sequel  .Kinda cool rewatching childhood movies.
