Imagine
starting the year in style. In January 2011, 40 Heavy Metal bands and
2,000 fans will go to the Caribbean to take over the luxury cruise ship
"Majesty of the Seas" for a 5 day and 4 night trip of a lifetime.
Make no mistake, this is not one of the cruises where you share the
ship with regular cruise guests... This is 100% Heavy Metal! Tons of
onboard live shows on several in and outdoor stages, open mic nights,
bars that never close, a fun-and-sun-filled day on the beautiful island
of Cozumel (Mexico) and an opportunity to mingle side-by-side with the
artists in this incredibly fan-friendly scenario that has no
comparison. It's like everyone has a backstage pass!
What are you waiting for? You might even need a vacation from this
vacation when all is said and done! Book your cabin NOW!

we sailed back South, crossed the Panama Canal once more and headed back to Tampa,
Florida where it is hot like everywhere else these days. It seems what we need to
find is an ICED EARTH! 70000TONS OF METAL, The World's Biggest Floating Heavy
Metal Festival. 21 out of 40 bands on board... who will be next?

On
it's way South 70000TONS OF METAL, The World's Biggest Floating Heavy

chose the big city this time: Los
Angeles. Ashore we were greeted by
one of the most influential innovators of Industrial Metal: FEAR
FACTORY! 19 out of 40 and counting...

When
we landed in Vancouver BC we got word that there are riots all over the
world because of bands that want to come on board. So we had to leave
the North West before we were able to reveal the surprise we are
working on. However, we picked up one man from the woods of Canada that
will help to complete a new band with some pretty well known musicians
from two other countries. Now keep guessing! Full Steam South!

no idea where we are off to next...

When
our scouting parties came to South Yorkshire they did not get around to
recruiting the leading lights of NWOBHM: SAXON will play two unique
shows aboard 70000TONS OF METAL, The World's Biggest Floating Heavy
Metal Festival. One night SAXON will play “Wheels Of
Steel”, the entire album. On a different night, for the
second show, they will play “Strong Arm Of The Law”
also the entire album.
With our Skipper's promise to come back to the UK for more, we left a
scouting party behind and set sail again in the North Sea. 11 out of 40
bands on board. Course: The Channel. Where is our Skipper taking us? To
the new world?

Docking
in Newcastle. Ashore we ran into some lunatics that go by the name of
RAVEN. How could we deny them to come aboard? Well we couldn't. So
please welcome RAVEN to the line up of 70000TONS OF METAL, The World's
Biggest Floating Heavy Metal Festival.
On and On my friends. 10 out of 40 and counting. We kind of like it
here in the UK, we might even find some more great bands to add while
we are on these islands...
