What documents do I need?
We advise that all of our guests have a valid Passport when attending 70000TONS OF METAL as you will be visiting foreign
countries. For those passengers who are not US Citizens, please contact your local government officials for
the most current regulations regarding Immigration. Please be sure to visit the US State Department website

What if I am traveling with a minor and I am NOT the Parent or Legal Guardian?
For passengers that will be under the age of eighteen (18) years old (on embarkation day) and will NOT be traveling
with their Parent or Legal Guardian, a Notarized Letter Of Permission signed by their Parent or Legal Guardian
MUST be present at the time of boarding, along with proper travel documentation.

What if I am the Parent or Legal Guardian of a minor in my cabin, but we do not
have the same last names?
Should the last names of the parent and minor child traveling with them differ, the parent is required to
present the child's valid passport and visa (if required) and the child's birth certificate (original, a
notarized copy or a certified copy). The name of the parent(s) and the child must be linked through legal
documentation.

What are the guidelines and restrictions for luggage?
There is no limit to how many bags you may bring on board, however be mindful that storage space in cabins
is limited. Both carry on and checked bags will go through security.
No illegal substances, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, food, weapons or pets. The use of illegal drugs
is strictly prohibited on all cruises. All laws pertaining to drug use should be respected.

Where should I stay, and what is there to do in Miami?
We STRONGLY suggest to arrive in Miami at least one day prior to embarkation. There is plenty of things
to do and see in Miami. Visit the world-renowned beaches, explore the Everglades, go snorkeling, or
experience the night life. The place to be in Miami is South Beach. If you are booking accommodations
through your local Travel Agent or one of our Travel Partners they will be able to provide you with a

When will I receive my Boarding Pass?
About three (3) weeks prior to departure, you will receive an invitation for Online Check-in via eMail. This
eMail will include login credentials with which you can complete your Check-in online and print
your Boarding Pass(es) not unlike Online Check-in for a flight. You may also do your Check-in at
the pier on the day of departure, but you may save time and avoid line-ups completing Check-in online.

How do I get to the Port the ship leaves from?
The ship will leave from The Port of Miami - the Cruise Capital of the World! There are number of
rental car and shuttle services to get you there if you do not want to take a taxi.
There are guest parking areas are located adjacent to the piers. Depending on pier location, there
are multi-level garages or, flat open-air lots. Parking garages accept cash, Visa or Master Card.
Flat level lots are cash only. The fees are $20 per day for regular size vehicles. Rates vary for

What time do I need to be on board the ship?
Boarding will start at 12PM on January 23, 2012. Our sailing time is 5PM but all guests
MUST be checked in and on board the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published
sailing time or you will NOT be permitted to sail. For this reason guests are requested
to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. Guest who do not
complete the Online Check-in will be required to complete this process at the pier at
least two hours prior to the sailing time. For more information on check-in and boarding,

What time do we debark the ship on the last day?
Debarkation will start before 8AM on January 27, 2012. If you plan to fly out that same day,
please allow enough time to get to the airport, check your bags and go through customs.
